Malaysia Economic In Red Alert

Now global is facing credit crisis and we may not hit bottom yet base on some of the expert in share market, Malaysia also in the crisis. I'm now hear some of my friends had loss they job when they company issued VSS and some get cut salary effect next year Jan. Usually in year end, ever body is talk about bonus and increment but this year is totally another story.

I think Malaysia real situation is worst that what we had see now. All news about people loss they job had been cover up and we all would not see in news paper or news in TV. All this thing is happen around us. The situation become more serious when Malaysia government now bz talk about race issues and internal party politic issues, to safe guard thier political level.

We can see everday euro and US come out new plan to avoiding the crisis and I did not belive Malaysia can avoid from crisis by using the earier plan, planed by Dato Najib by just pump in money to ValueCap can save the day.

I think Malaysia economic is in red alert and hopefully it will end by year 2010

A lot of small palm oil holders are in deep shit now coz when they sell their palms, minus cost equal rugi...And as you know, Malaysia economy depends on palm oil industry(up and down streams) beside oil and gas which are also in deep red now(related industries i mean. If all these money producers are in the red, things can only grew worse in coming months...

This financial crisis due to subprime loans gone bad which trigger serious problem with US CDS or credit default swaps among banks. The problem with US is, the failure of recognising that CDS need to be monitored via clearing house. Just like crude palm oil contracts via CPO futures. Either, US govenment is damn smart or damn stupid...NOW THIS PROBLEM HAS TURNED GLOBAL....

A lots of us are scared but nothing much that we can do..i hope this writing can be read by greater number of malaysian so that they would be aware that the politicians especially the government should be advising us on how to face this global crisis..They should explain the effort of injection of billion of MYR into the economy to increase liquidity/interest rate cut(if any) and the reduction of price oil would eventually help the mainstreet peoples.

On 3-Dec-2008 I just meet my old friends from AnnJoo and him told me AnnJoo manufacturing subsidiary company had stop production for more then 2 months due to low selling price on steel product.

I think next year will be bad in share market, I see some good opportunity in GOLD INVESTMENT. GOLD price had got up and now it come down abit and I think now is a good entry point into Gold.I had personally start to swift my investment from share to Gold.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
