Low Retail Investor In Market May Help FBM KLCI To Move Higher

Due to low retail investor inside the market, mostly is "Wolf. Malaysia share market may likely to move higher back to 1,520 level in short term. This few day, the big money had test the market for any weak investor holder to sale they share and also mark the share up for any retail investor to go in but both sign show that the retail investor is low in the market.

Due to this, short term FBM KLCI is bullish because not point to dip the share when most of the "Wolf" money is in the market. If you had brought some bank warrant like CIMB and PBBANK during the big dip below 1,500 level, next week is may likely a good time to take profit. All warrant that I brought in CIMB, PBBANK and GAMUDA already show good exit profit.

When most of the money in share market is not from retail investor, the market will not respond to bad news and the index may up "when not news is good news"

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
