I don't understand.
How to know big money is buying cheap shares?
And why is low volume means in the future the KLCI will go up?
For example like PBBANK, during the panic selling PBBANK share price dip below RM13 close to RM12.84 at beginning of market start so if the big money start selling at RM12.90 and retail investor fare so sale below that, than all the share sold below RM12.90 buy by the big money.
As this activity continues when all the weak share holder sold out they share than the vol will be low so it mean retail investor is not mach in the market and the big money can start to mark up the share so the price go up.
