Foreign investor may start to taking profit

FBM KLCI rally almost 4 months due to foreign investor buying into Malaysia blue chip when USD dollar are drop in value again RM. Beside that, foreign investor already mark up the share into a very high level plus local investor had become seller all along FBM KLCI rally, so now the market is full of foreign hot money and when investor like us jump in foreign investor will made profit. I think as long as local investor still keep at the side line, FBM KLCI sure will not drop.

Foreign investor money will not long in Malaysia because they are not long term investor to build factory in here, they target is just hide they money in share and property out from USD

I think FDI will going to leave by year end or early of the year where by when a lot of retail investor jump in into market, as usually they did before CNY for past many year.

KNM may likely to move up because the price is in over sold for long time, however the sign show that KNM will rally up strongly still not yet seen.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
