Sorry I reply your comment late.
Call warrant is issued by bank and it was not a share to the company so if you invest into call warrant actually you buy from the issuer only a paper without value just that the value of the call warrant move side by side with the underlaying share price plus some premium.
In Maxis case, if Maxis share did not move at all the call warrant will no retail investor to buy in and the issuer will not making any profit (no business) till the expire date of the call warrant.
