Why FBM KLCI Fall?

As we head into year end, there are a lot of fund managers who will want to lock in their profits for the year. I'm afraid that means they will sell their share – and anything else they own that has done well – at the slightest hint of a turn in the markets, because they will want to secure their gains (and their bonuses) on what will have been an excellent year. That's what we saw on market fell.

Like most of the Mutual Funds fund manager they will sale out most of the profitable share to end they record in vary good performance for this year and use it to promoting they fund in next year by showing how many profit they make during economic downturn, that's why FBM KLCI is falling. When all this Fund manager getting they bonuses by selling out they share, they did not just sale without reason so they will use Dubai cause or any news look negative to mask up they intention. When they finish taking profit, they likely to cause market panic selling to buy back into they target share with a lower price. For me when the market fall it is the time to buy in. The fund manager strategic is a profitable strategic so just joy then.

FBM KLCI may fall to 1,240 level before any year end windows dressing take place. For me I will wait till the market in red to buy in.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
