Valuecap assets grow to RM13.8b as at June 30 this year - Believe it or not!

In a statement on 1 July at MalaysiaInsider, Valuecap said for the first six months of 2009, it generated an unaudited net profit of RM175 million on the back of RM341.7 million in revenue.

Its chief executive officer, Sharifatu Laila Syed Ali said the performance was extremely satisfactory considering that it was achieved under a volatile market environment. "It also builds on the company's strong performance where it generated total fund return of 71.7 per cent since its inception, while its prescribed benchmark comprising the returns of the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) and money market instruments only recorded 33.4 per cent over the same period," she said.

If you remember, as at the end of 2006, Valuecap’s investments were valued at RM4.8 billion. Since then, the stock market has lost 21 per cent of its value. If Valuecap’s investments have tracked the stock market, these could be worth RM3.8 billion at that time.

Due to the 2008 crisis, ValueCap take loan 5.1b from EPF and the latest news is ValueCap assets grow to RM 13.8b but The Employees Provident Fund (EPF)’s investment income dropped 10.47 per cent to RM3.26 billion for the first quarter ended March 31, from RM3.64 billion recorded in the fourth quarter of 2008. Believe it or not Valuecap facing problem during crisis can make more profit that EPF.

So far we did not know what share ValueCap invest in and EPF had in the market since the begining of the crisis and also earn profit during the bull run end out income dropped 10.47%. Where all the ValueCap profit will be cannal to will be unknow and how ValueCap make profit also unknow and now come another Ekuiti Nasional Bhd (Ekuinas) believe it or not? in Malaysia you need to believe it Malaysia Apa Pun Boleh.

Hahaha...you are rite bro. In Malaysia, the government is trying hard to 'paint beatiful picture of everything'. Even wrong also rite(Perak case), patented the word 'Allah' exclusively for Islam(i am afraid the word 'God' will follow suit), reaping off Malaysians with Proton(becoming open secret that suppliers are VVIP getting HUGE profit from inferior parts which keep braking off). So this valuecap is peanut bro...pity us ordinary rakyat, have to live with generated lies from socialites.

Hahaha...BN has been in 'business' for 52 years, imagine how much money already canal to their pocket. As if we dont know about Dr. M supersize mansion in Canada, Badawi supersize ranch in Australia. We all know how rich they are. The reason they want to be in power is because no other country can be run so easy and reap us off. Once oil reserve run out in 2020, just wait and see how different Malaysia will be.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
