KLCI Rebounds With Low Volume

Yesterday KLCI rebounds 13.37 point with low volume, and base on the chart KLCI still above MA 50days and MA 200days. This is the sign that KLCI will drop again in coming next week till in below MA 50 days before a stable rebound may likely to happen.

Known as 'dead cat bounce' or technical rebound. Yesterday show us that how easy to push the CI with low volume. Today is follow through buying, NOW, caution that it appear CI will go higher but before you know it, prices will stagnate and BOOM dip like there's no tomorrow...wait, be patient....

This is the killing yoyo, one day drop 15 point next day up 10 than hold few day and drop again.

The big picture of KLCI is drop however if want to buy share look for the big and stable share.

I know i seems very negatif at times but nowadays things are very unstable. Fundamentals change so rapid that what was great 3 months ago is not so great today. I think we will be back on making money by next year where things have stablize. Remember that only October last year things were so bad that US financial systems considered DEAD(no money in the system only debts) or known as CREDIT CRUNCH. Funny, how fast people forget this very important disaster.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
