KLCI technical bounds back unlikely to happen

Look like KLCI will drop more before any technical bound up. Base on the chart CMF need to drop to negative before a technical bounds back.

Now the money still flow in into KLCI to minimum the drop effect but look like KLCI is hard to keep up in this leave. The hope for KLCI to go up due to coming UMNO election may unlikely to happen, the goverment is no money to give by buy up the share.

News coming out from China and US are really unexpected and may be a game changing for foreign funds. President Obama and his teams really out perform all expectations both internal and external observers. I am a bit optimistic now with flow of positive news. I dont think these positive news are fabricated in any ways. We may actually entering a stabilization stage now. The big problems look stable.

My guess is that monday, KLCI will shot up 3% since our neighbour singapore already shot up 5% last friday. KLCI always a bit laggard on moving up or down, i think. Maybe can day trade, see the market mood this coming monday

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
