KNM likely to drop or go sideways in this week and next week

This few day crude oil price increasing did not really help push KNM price moving higher and also news about new project also did not affected the price. Base on the chart, KNM likely to drop or go sideways in this week and next week.

Any drop below RM0.80 will be a good entry point into KNM. I still waiting KNM price move lower before add KNM again into my profile. Now still target my profile in warrant.

Maybe KNM venture to Chadd has affected the upward movement since some anaysis said that this is a high risk venture. But i think KNM bos is not that stupid to go into risky venture without doing through examination on the ground. Anyway, i heard from my remisier friend that PNB is going all out to buy Equine shares. I have no idea about this, anyone got info?

Few years ago I had a friend work at KNM and he said his Boss is a risk taker person and vary good in planing and how to get mega project so sometime I think invest into the company also at the same time invest on they boss ability.

I also have no idea about this news, but I knew the ASN 1 Malaysia fund will be use to support FBM KLCI to give a good picture about Malaysia economic.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
