FBM KLCI Is Time To Move To New High Afer Market Test On Friday

FBM KLCI Coming this week likely to move to new high after market test on Friday show positive. Now market is ready to be mark up ready for GE13 on June. I think Foreign investor know government is selling share to get money from EPF to use in coming GE so Foreign investor is buying from current low price and mark up before GE. Once GE come they will dip the market so if by that time EPF be order to support the market, they will buy in high price compare now.

Market around the world already hits new high due to unofficial QE3 money from US and Euro now just matter of time how long US and Euro sold they gold to keep the gold price low. Up to date physical gold ( in Malaysia is Kijang Emas) still a lot of buyer. When US and Euro sold they gold cheap sure the paper gold price will dip. Soon US and Euro will had a lot paper money flow in the market due to selling of gold. All this money need to convert to something value like property or gold so we will soon facing high inflation in all thing like food.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
