FBM KLCI This Week Likely To Move Sideways

After a week of new year rally, share market may likely to come to a rest due to profit taking by big money. Now a lot of retail investor is in the share market so soon a big dip may come anytime or a panic selling may happen.

Now foods price going up, oil also will soon manipulated to history high and we also see a lot of house start lelong. Yesterday I ask a property ajen will property house price will go up more on 2011, he said sure will but may a bit slow compare 2010 and I ask again will the price go down since now a lot of foods price is up and people may no mach money to invest in property. He said house price always up this we can see base on history and Malaysia property still low price compare HK and Singapore.

What I think is US never thought they house price can dip near zero and this never happen in history but it did not mean it will not happen. When crisis come it happen very fast so if share market going to dip it will be dip very very fast.

Investment Idea

My investment with RM5,000 initial capital have been growing since 2005.I found the stock market appears confusing and complicated, but it is most definitely based on logic "supply and demand". However, the laws of supply and demand as observed in the markets do not behave as one would expect. To be an effective trader, there is a great need to understand how supply and demand can be interpreted under different market conditions and how to take advantage of this Off Market Transactions in KLSE.
